Fast, athletic, BROKE, and great-minded. Jasper is ready to take you to the pay window! He was started as a reining cow horse and is a fun one to ride around. He spins, slides, is super cowy, this guy is one smooth operator. Heading on him is about as good as it gets. He is quiet and solid in the box, fast and quick-footed to cattle, has a great move in the corner, and snaps around there to face like a pro! He is easy to ride and rope on and would fit any roper from the #15 to #10 ropings. Jasper is kind and a horse that our whole family has enjoyed riding in and outside the arena. He has done all the ranch work that a horse can do from, branding, sorting, shipping and fall work he is one that you will have to fight the whole family to get to ride! This sweet gelding is always happy to see you and meets you at the gate everyday ready to work. Did we mention that he is also drop dead gorgeous? He is built for winning, stout, weighing in at 1200 lbs., big boned, and just the right height at 15 hands. We have really enjoyed our time with this special horse and are proud to offer him to the public at this year’s Rancho Rio Sale.
