Complete gentleman that is gentle and will take care of you. Cuervo has been the easiest horse to train. He has a can-do attitude and always aims to please. This horse never has a bad day he’s always eager to please you. A talented horse that has a lot of natural cow sense and plenty of run. We rope both ends on Cuervo he is solid as a rock in the box and never gets hot. Cuervo breaks flat, leaves off your hand, and will get to one in a hurry. He has a ton of rate and doesn’t get strong, he stays where you put him, and doesn’t duck or leave until he’s asked. Cuervo has a good move and is strong on the horn and will really face good. He’s very easy to heel on and gives you the same shot every time. Doesn’t take your throw away from you but has a good stop. On the ranch Cuervo is awesome to brand, sort or doctor on. He’s been Coyle, our 10-year-old son’s horse all summer to take to the mountains. Coyle took him hunting this fall in steep nasty country and Cuervo did great for him. He will stand to a high line or tree all night without a worry. Coyle has been roping slow steers and is getting him ready for the sale. We are confident that anyone will like this gelding.
